What part of your business still runs on you?

Some of it you still do by hand. Some of it, the apps you can buy don't quite do. I build what fits. Sometimes that's one tool, sometimes a few tools and agents working together. Live in three to six weeks.

Bring an idea or a problem. Or think out loud.

// what i can build

i build the bot, the dashboard, the whole operation, and the thing that doesn't exist yet.

a bot or agent that handles a repetitive judgment job for you: customer chat, help in any language, replies, triage. if it follows rules and talks to people, i can build it.

the weekly job you keep doing by hand, wired up once so it runs itself: inbox, invoicing, contracts, books. tell me what you redo every week.

your raw data turned into a read you can act on: a dashboard, a short weekly brief, your money in one view. not a pile of charts, the one line that tells you what changed.

the work that gets people near you to find you and pick you over the next option: your google profile, local search, posts and short videos in your voice.

the custom tool or whole setup nobody sells off the shelf: a site, ticketing, a feedback system, the internal thing your business runs on. your thing is not on this list? that is most of my work.

the sit-down before the build: what your business is worth, how to price it, the first move when you have an idea and no map. you bring the situation, i give you a straight call.

Three to six weeks, not three months.

01

We talk.

You tell me what's broken, or an idea you've been kicking around. I ask a lot of questions. Sometimes you just want to talk it through.

02

I work.

You see something every few days. Drafts, demos, working versions.

03

You keep it.

Everything I build or write, you own. Code, dashboards, docs, briefs. Need changes later, that's what Run is for.

i learned how to run a business in the himalayas, not in an office.

for two years i ran a café up there while holding down a full-time analytics job. two lives at once. it taught me more about how a business actually works, the margins, the early mornings, the one thing that breaks the moment you look away, than any corporate role ever did. and the only way to survive both was to stop doing the small repeated jobs by hand and build little tools to do them for me.

that's all tippin' monk really is. i do that now, on purpose, for other people.

and here's who i do it for: the solo founder, the small business, the person who knows their trade inside out but not the technical side, the analytics, the systems, the ai, the strategy to tie it together. you shouldn't have to know all that. that's my half. i want your business to grow, and watching that actually happen is the best part of this for me.

so i do it properly. clean, modern, built around how you already work. never a template, never something just to have built something. and if i'm not the right person for what you need, i'll say so and point you to someone who is. if a nine-euro app already does the job, i'll send you there instead of charging you to rebuild it. i'd rather be the person you trust than the person you paid once.

tell me the thing that's slowing you down. if it's worth building, i'll build it. if it isn't, i'll tell you that too.

// questions

Things people ask.

I'm a solo founder, not a tech team. Is this for me?

Yes. Solo operators are about half of who I build for: barbershop owners, newsletter creators, consultants. Smaller scope than a big-company build. Same approach. A small tool or a weekly brief that fits how you work, shipped in a few weeks.

I've got an idea but haven't thought it all the way through. Is that enough?

Yes, that's what the brainstorming call is for. Bring a rough idea, or a problem you keep running into, and we'll think it through together.

What if you're not the right fit for my project?

I'll tell you on the call. If a project needs a roadmap longer than 6 weeks, a team of 3+, or tools I don't know, I'll point you to a specialist. A 'no' there saves us both a bad project.

What kinds of work do you take on?

Anything you can't just buy an app for, the work you keep redoing or a tool you don't have yet. Running an event, coordinating a launch, the monthly reporting nobody has time to do, the same fiddly steps you redo every week, client onboarding and payments stitched together. If a cheap ready-made app already nails it, I'll tell you to use that.

How long does a Build take?

Typically three to six weeks, start to handoff.

Why would I pay for a roadmap instead of getting a free proposal?

A roadmap is the work. A proposal is a sales pitch. You get a 90-minute working session and a written action plan you can hand to anyone who builds it, including me. If you decide to continue, the €500 is credited toward the Build.
